Your Role:
- Provide outpatient pediatric care (well visits, comprehensive care).
- Document encounters in our EMR.
- Collaborate with our clinical team as needed.
- Practice independently within a supportive system.
Compensation:
- Competitive percentage of collections (typically 65–75%).
- No administrative responsibilities.
- No overhead costs.
Scheduling Flexibility:
- Choose your own clinic sessions (half-days, full days, or specific blocks).
- Option to add or adjust shifts based on your availability.
- Ideal for part-time, supplemental income, or transition roles.

Requirements:
- MD/DO with active Virginia medical license.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
